We offer a personal consultation where we sit down with you to understand your goals, fitness level, and challenges. This helps us determine if Training Zone, F45 Training or a combination of both is the right fit for you.

If you're looking for deeper support, we also offer an 8-week holistic program designed to guide you step by step toward lasting results.

6. Are there long-term contracts?

Nope! We offer flexible memberships, so you’re never locked into a long-term commitment unless you choose to be.

7. What is F45 Training?  

F45 is a functional training method that has a big focus on strength/resistance training but is also complimented with conditioning exercises to achieve maximum results in a group setting.

8. Can I train on my own at the gym?

Yes! Our facility is available for open gym use, and members have access to their customized workout plans via our app, this is included in with your membership.

9. Do you offer nutrition guidance?  

Absolutely! Our trainers provide nutrition plans and consultations to complement your fitness routine and help you reach your goals.

12. What kind of equipment does Training Zone have?   

Our gym features the latest cutting-edge Technogym machines, functional training tools, and indoor & outdoor workout zones.

13. Is there parking available?

Yes! We have convenient parking options in front of our facility. It is free of charge to park your car whilst enjoying your gym session.

Technology & App

14. How does the workout app work?   

Our app gives you access to customized workout plans, progress tracking, and training schedules, so you can stay on top of your fitness anytime, anywhere.

15. Can I access my workout plan if I travel?  

Yes! Your personalised program is available through the app, so you can train anywhere, even when you’re away.

16. How do I sign up?  

You can visit us in person, or contact us to book a consultation. 

17. What should I bring to my first session?  

Just wear comfortable workout gear, bring water, and be ready to train! We’ll take care of the rest.
