7. What is F45 Training?  

F45 is a functional training method combining strength, resistance, and conditioning.

At Training Zone Marbella, it’s coached, structured, and integrated into a wider performance framework—so it complements your overall training rather than replacing it.

8. Can I train on my own at the gym?

Yes.

Training Zone offers open gym access, and members receive structured programs via our app so independent training still has direction and progression.

9. Do you offer nutrition guidance?  

Yes.

Nutrition support is available through coaching and consultations to support training, recovery, and long-term results.

12. What kind of equipment does Training Zone have?   

We use premium Technogym equipment, functional training tools, and dedicated indoor and outdoor training zones—designed for strength, performance, and progression.

13. Is there parking available?

Yes.

Free, convenient parking is available directly in front of the facility.

The app gives you access to:
